About Redaction
Redaction reduces the amount of personal data in your tickets, but it can miss things, especially names and details written in free text. You check the redacted text before it is used, and you remain responsible for your own data.
What We Don't Do
We don't diagnose, assess individuals or decide outcomes for your customers. A person reviews every output.

Questions
Do you store my tickets?
The redact-first page is designed to work in your browser, with no uploads and no storage by us. The fixed-fee sample test uses tickets you have already redacted.
Does redaction remove everything?
No. Redaction reduces risk but is not a guarantee. You check the output before it is used.
What else will I need?
You will probably want your own legal and data protection review, such as a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) and a data processing agreement, before using any tool with real customer tickets.
Can I buy it now?
Not yet. Services cannot be purchased while the site is in development. Pricing is in drafting.
